Are Insurance Companies Exempt From Anti-Trust Laws?

There are some very interesting antitrust laws in our books that protect certain industries from rough and strict rules. Some believe that health insurance is entirely exempt from antitrust rules. Even though the legislation was 70 years ago, today they barely protect insurance companies from antitrust laws.

Meanwhile, insurance companies seem to need antitrust laws that apply to the US government, which believes it can take over private companies. Interestingly, the US government believes that it is not subject to antitrust laws because it nationalizes all of the largest money-making industries in the United States.

For those who do not believe that socialism is approaching or that this Congress and this government are not socialist in their laws and leadership, I want to tell them; You have to wear an eye patch. I also want to say insurance and antitrust exclusions on this issue;

Those who believe that insurance companies are exempt from our antitrust laws, they clearly do not remember that Elliot Spitzer shocked the industry and expelled Hank Greenberg. Credit default swap and mortgage packages.

In fact, the collapse of the global economy would not have happened if the prostitute hired by Elliot Spitzer did not use his power to defeat AIG. You think about it and why not explore it? Why not read DiLorenzo's book, How Capitalism Save America, or the "Government of Troubles" business page? Why didn't you read something about Milton Friedman and Ludwig van Misses?

The reality is that our antitrust laws are always applied in the United States in a way that opposes capitalism, not what is true. Other countries follow and apply antitrust rules to help their state-owned companies compete with free companies. This is a bad and slippery slope that we made, and in the future we will be very sorry. IAM not satisfied
